Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

The iPad experience for 1Password has been less than ideal for over a year, with glitches and crashing. The safari extension almost always asks for a password even though I’ve set it to the max time allowed. It just seems like QC isn’t a priority for the iPad experience.

I’ve been using 1Password for years. It used to be extremely simple to use, but a few years ago they switched to a subscription model and changed the interface dramatically. Recently autofill has been much more usable than it was say a year ago, but I cannot find a way to sync my account between my iPad and iPhone.

Once I switched to 1Password, I was immediately happy with the product. Everything is smooth, it has a much better interface, and it just works. My only regret is not switching sooner.
