The app used to be near perfect but the new update has made it 3x more steps to collect a data point. I contacted support to see if there were options to make it more streamlined like it used to be but there is not and they also said there are no plans to go back to how it was. As someone who collects hundreds and hundreds of data points per week, I will be searching for an alternative to Avenza.

I have been using this app for years and loved it. The new update has introduced so many bugs and glitches that the app is almost unusable now. Every time I try to name a place mark the app automatically erases my work.

I use and love Avenza and have been using and loving it for a few years now. However, this most recent update has updated things that did not need changed and now the interface is a crapshoot. The navigation is all sorts of funky, and naming layers is also changed and become a problem.
