I used to use this app and today for the first time in years I redownloaded it to use it, big mistake. They try to force you into the VIP like the free options are beyond limited. Canva is a better app, yes they offer the VIP but you still have some pretty great options without it.

I love Pic Collage, and seeing how far I can push its limits. I feel like I’ve mastered it. The only complaint I have is I wish the free stickers and backgrounds were a little better. None of the really cool items are ever free. The fonts as well. It would be great if there were more edits to fonts available, too.

I made a purchase and noticed that there was a 7-day free trial available for a theme. The option indicated that I could try it and unsubscribe if I didn’t like it. Since I didn’t find it satisfactory, I unsubscribed on the same day. However, on March 20, I noticed a charge on my account. How is it possible that I unsubscribed but was still charged? I have requested a refund twice, but they have told me that a refund is not acceptable.
