However, after my loan was rejected, they refused to refund the amount, even though I didn’t proceed with the transaction. This is completely unfair and feels like a scam. Their customer service was unhelpful and kept giving vague excuses. Be very careful before dealing with them—they are quick to take your money but won’t return it, even when it’s their fault.

I bought a car through Cars24.ae. Their system and process are very buggy and can be very confusing at times. Luckily, I had a very good customer relations representative (Ayat Mohamed), who compensated for the system weakness, took me through the process, kept me updated, and ensured a smooth experience for me. I received my car on time. Happy so far.
