One of my Groupons got marked as used remotely by the business without providing a service I paid for - which is a SCAM. Groupon did nothing about it. Another voucher was about to expire and as I tried to return it I discovered that it was impossible cause the customer support was glitching and I was not able to send my request as the 'send' button was disabled.
