I have been using camscanner for many years! It is sad and ridiculous, that NOW, to get a decent clear picture, pdf worthy, it is REQUIRING an upgrade and a membership subscription. I paid for a 1 year subscription and got credits a few months back. It is still giving me the watermark and asking for me to sign-up! Not happy with this at all!
