Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

I registered the first time. No one called after 20 min. I called them. They registered me again. No one called after 20 min. I signed into this app again to find out it had dropped the 2 previous registrations. I signed up a 3rd time. An hour later no one has called. Checked app again to find out my appointment mysteriously disappeared, again. MDLive used to be great. Now it’s just a joke. Plus every time I talk to someone they have such heavy accents I can’t understand anything they are saying. No one cares anymore about anything.

I’ve done psychiatric and urgent care appointments so far and am very pleased and impressed. I half expected doctors who rushed me thru the appointment or something but the doctors have been wonderfully attentive and addressed my concerns.
