I’ve owned this app for two years now, and it’s gotten worse. First there’s a high seller fee and takes more money than you earn most of the time. Second, if your package weighs maybe .5 more than you put, you lose -$6+ for having the incorrect weight. When it doesn’t even cost that much to ship in the first place with that weight. So you lose a lot of money.

I’ve been selling on Mercari since 2018 and they have the worst customer service ever. Been defrauded by scammer buyers multiple times and support does nothing at all. Even when you have proof someone’s trying to pull a return fraud on you, they do nothing to stop it.
