Major Highlights of the Week

Subscription Confusion
Users are frustrated with the app's free version limitations, which only allow transferring one song at a time, making the app feel misleadingly advertised as free. This confusion leads to dissatisfaction and a sense of being forced into a subscription model.
The app is 'free' but you have to pay to do anything meaningful, which feels misleading.
Transfer Failures
Many users experience consistent failures when transferring playlists between services, with errors and incomplete transfers being common issues. This undermines the app's core functionality and leads to user dissatisfaction.
Tried transferring from Apple Music to YouTube Music, but it was unsuccessful every time.
Inaccurate Matching
The app often mismatches songs or fails to find matches, even for popular tracks, requiring users to manually correct errors, which is time-consuming and defeats the app's purpose. This issue is particularly frustrating for users who have paid for the premium version.
Customer Support Issues
Users report a lack of response from customer support when they encounter issues, leading to increased frustration and a feeling of being ignored. This lack of support exacerbates existing problems with the app's functionality.
Reached out to support but never heard back, leaving issues unresolved.
Monitoring Feature Ineffectiveness
The app's monitoring feature, which is supposed to track changes in playlists, does not function as advertised, requiring manual updates instead. This failure diminishes the value of the premium subscription for users expecting automated updates.
Monitoring doesn't work; I have to manually update every change despite having it turned on.
Pricing Concerns
Users find the app's pricing model, particularly the cost of the lifetime subscription, to be excessive compared to competitors offering similar services at lower prices. This perception of high cost without corresponding value leads to dissatisfaction.
Why is it charging $60 when another app does the same thing for $2.99?

Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

While I greatly appreciate this app, and what it has allowed me and countless others to do, I do hope that improvements do come along to make it better. My biggest gripe is a lot of inaccurate songs ID'd or used when creating playlists when switching services. I would hope that paying a premium for the service that I would have less inaccuracies.

This app was recommended to me a while back. I used it for free for a while, and it worked great, albeit with obvious limitations. So, I eventually decided to purchase the lifetime pro subscription. That’s when the honeymoon ended. It does not do anything that it advertises. It claims that matching is faster, but in my experience it is slower, because my shifts get stuck “waiting to match” constantly.

I bought this app to transfer playlists from Apple Music to YouTube Music, but it’s been a complete disaster. In one of my playlists with 50 songs, only one matched, and even that didn’t transfer properly, leaving the playlist empty. I tried this with 5-6 other playlists, and the same thing happened every time.
