Major Highlights of the Week

Promo Expiry Issues
Promotional offers are expiring prematurely, causing frustration among long-term users who feel unsupported by customer service. This issue undermines user trust and loyalty, as seen in cases where support fails to honor advertised deals.
I tried to purchase a promo deal before it expired, but it said 'promo was expired' and support refused to help.
Glitch-Induced Losses
Technical glitches in the app are causing users to lose money on trades, particularly affecting new traders who find the experience frustrating and financially damaging. This highlights a critical need for improved app stability and reliability.
I've lost money on trades due to app glitches, which is very frustrating as a new trader.
Security Concerns
Account security issues, such as hacking and ineffective two-factor authentication, are leaving users vulnerable and unable to secure their accounts. This poses a significant risk to user data and trust in the platform's security measures.
My account was hacked and I can't use my phone number for two-factor authentication anymore.
Subscription Discrepancies
Users are experiencing significant price discrepancies between App Store and website subscriptions, leading to feelings of being overcharged and deceived. This inconsistency damages the perceived value and fairness of the subscription model.
I discovered I'm paying much more for my subscription through the App Store compared to the website.
Feature Parity Gaps
There is a lack of feature parity between the web and mobile apps, with users requesting key functionalities like screeners on mobile. This gap limits the app's usability and appeal for users who rely on mobile trading.
The screener is perfect on the web app, but it's missing on the mobile app.
UI/UX Frustrations
Recent UI changes, such as the addition of non-removable buttons, are negatively impacting user experience by cluttering the interface and reducing functionality. Users are calling for a return to a more streamlined and informative design.

Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

The app is overall very good, but the iOS forced menu bar now takes up too much permanent real estate at the top of every screen. I wish this could be changed back so users could fully maximize the entire screen and save key strokes.

The alerts are incredibly useful, but I've been waiting for this feature for several years now. With over 400 alerts, they shouldn't just disappear from my Lock Screen when I tap one. Grouping them nicely by pairs on the Lock Screen would be much better for tracking alerts efficiently.

At first this app was great, but recently the trades have all been super buggy for me. For example, today I had a trade setup but it started nowhere near when I had set it, went way past my stop loss and took it.
