I cannot access Vanguard on my iPad because I cannot update to iOS 16, forcing me to consider buying a new device.

4

For being one of the largest wealth management firms in the world, it is super disappointing to see such poor experience from their online portals and applications. Frequent 'system errors' when trying to link other accounts, 2007esque user experience, and the blocking of investors from being able to make investments/trades into Blackrock’s Bitcoin ETF have all detracted me.

I cannot access Vanguard on my iPad, as I have been doing for years, because I cannot update to iOS 16. This software version is not available on my older iPad. My iPad is working perfectly fine but this limitation will force me to have to buy a new iPad if I want to use the Vanguard app.
