Scams are rampant on Venmo, and I have a user who is definitely fraudulent, but there is no way to report a user anymore - you get directed to a PayPal hosted web page that is literally impossible to complete, with support that's impossible to reach. Super disappointed.

I closed a bank account and accidentally sent a good chunk of change to the closed account after I was sent money to my Venmo. My bank immediately bounced it back to Venmo but Venmo claims they cannot find it. It’s been a week and no money returned to me.
